This 9,000 square foot home and other buildings on the
property are powered by the two Kohler 125kw 120/240 signal phase
lp gas generators in the event of a utility power outage. This system
has two 350 amp programmable MPAC automatic transfer switches that
monitor the utility power and switches the home to emergency (generator)
power in the event of a power sag or surge. The MPAC automatic transfer
switches automatically start and stop the generator during power
outages, power surges and power sags. The transfer time from utility
power to generator power is approximately 15 seconds.
The enclosures for the generators were designed, engineered and
manufactured at our facility in Albuquerque.
